Every three years, Central Health reviews and updates our strategic plan — including our vision, mission, values, and organizational priorities. Planning for the 2020-2023 Strategic Plan has begun.
An important part of our strategic, operational, and service planning to meet the health needs of the people we serve is understanding the current health status and health needs of the individuals and communities in the Central Health region. As part of our Community Health Assessment, Central Health is inviting people to take an online survey, or participate in community engagement sessions.
