HOW TO WATCH COUNCIL MEETING ONLINE WITH ZOOM

To watch the council meeting on ZOOM you will need to do the following:
1.Install the Zoom meeting app on your device before the meeting, it takes some time. (can be for your phone or for your computer) It can be downloaded at Video Conferencing, Web Conferencing, Webinars, Screen Sharing - Zoom, there is no cost to download it.
2.You will also need a link to the meeting, to receive the link please email townclerk@townoffogoisland.ca during business hours not just before the meeting and they will reply with an email that will include the link
3.A few minutes before the meeting click on the link in your email and follow instructions, it will connect you to the meeting and there will be a waiting period till the meeting starts (often it asks you to hold till the host accept everyone, and test your speakers to make sure the setting is correct, and you can hear everything properly)
4.When you are let into the meeting your camera and mic will be turned off. You will be watching only.
