DILAPIDATED BUILDINGS and CAR WRECKS
Dilapidated buildings and car wrecks are still a huge issue around the Town; there are still some dilapidated buildings that need to be repaired or removed and car wrecks removed and transported to the transfer station for proper disposal. The buildings and car wrecks are two big problems with two easy solutions! Proposed Development Regulations Amendment Mineral Workings in the "Central" Community Development Area

The Town of Fogo Island will be considering amending its development regulations to allow mineral workings (Quarry) in the Central Community Development Area at the next Regular Council Meeting scheduled for May 28, 2019.

Mineral workings (quarries) at present are not eligible for approval by any means if they are located in any
